Difference
between the 1-User License and the 10-/100-User Licenses
The main difference
between the 1-user license and the 10-/100-User license is the
posibility to share the knowledge throughout the company.
In multi-user versions all users have access to one centrally
hosted Knowledge Base. In the 1-user license only 1 person on
a desktop has access to a local Knowledge Base. In addition,
the multi-user versions offer a user-management
facility to allocate read/write rights to specified
users. This enables a full Knowledge Retention Solution in an
organization.
